Other industry “lifetime warranties” offer advanced replacements for the first year only, and then are transitioned into a “fix-it or send a similar item” warranty. If you ever experience any issues with our hardware, we will either immediately resolve the problem or overnight you a replacement unit for as long as you own the item. We understand that uptime in your network is critical, and our warranty is designed with that in mind. Our replacement can be onsite and installed before you ship the original item back to us. We also have several CCIE engineers on staff to serve as a resource for your team whenever needed.
